Dar Wa Emaar
The sales team had stopped trusting the pipeline. We made leads more expensive on purpose.
The problem
Plenty of leads coming in and almost none of them worth calling. The sales team had stopped trusting the pipeline.
What we did
Changed what we optimised for. Added qualifying questions to the forms, scored leads on income and intent, and fed only the qualified ones back to the platforms as the conversion event. Cheap leads were allowed to get more expensive on purpose.
What happened
Four times more high quality leads than the previous setup, with most of them coming from LinkedIn and Search rather than the cheapest channel.
